Shipping & Return

1. Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

2. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL, professional, Fedex etc. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.

3. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

4. Shipping process will be initiated after the payment confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, shipping will be initiated.

5. Generally, it takes 5 - 6 days for a normal delivery (However It depends upon you location). Once your order has been confirmed and payment is authorized, your order will be in processing mode. You will receive an e-mail regarding the details of your order with order-id.

6. In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through contact numbers/email given in Contact Us Section.

7. Upon receiving Your complaint, Wewill verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and weget convinced that the complaint is genuine, We will inform the relevant Provider of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, We reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Us in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Provider selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to You for any claims that You may have in relation to such defective product/ service and CAZilla shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

8. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Us at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Us depending on the nature and category of the product.

9. Orders will not be canceled/Amount will Not be refunded back after successful purchase of product, in case of any issue, kindly contact us on detail given on "Contact us" details.
